1- Download our free app
2- Open the application and log in with your name and phone number,3- Click on the “Request” option. You can move the pick-up location to the street or the place from which you want the driver to pick you up anywhere, it is easier for the driver to wait for you at the exact place
4- Choose the service: Express, Gold, State, etc…
5- Decide where you want to go. Or you can move the pin directly to the specified place or enter the exact address
6- Click to confirm the order, you will see how quickly our taxi driver will arrive. His details, photo, and vehicle details will also be displayed. You can always track your taxi driver in the app.7- Immediately after the trip, you can pay the driver in cash or through the wallet, the trip summary will be automatically sent to your email. We’ve also added a Follow my ride feature. Using the Follow my ride feature, a passenger can share their location with anyone they trust. The chosen person will be able to track the passenger’s location throughout the whole ride.
